Previous incidents

We noticed an exceptional high load on our Portal. We suspect it might have been an automated tool trying to login to our Portal. We saw this load for one hour after which the load returned to normal.

The database of our websocket application was busy for a couple of hours which led to the app missing some of the health endpoints. The impact might have been slower response times.

We ping a health endpoint on a regular interval and one of the pings was missed.

The Portal has missed one health check.
