Previous incidents

After a new release the Portal took some time to be fully up to speed.

The Hubject health endpoint was broken. The Hubject service was running normally.

The ssl certificate was renewed by Azure.

The Portal was released. Thus we missed a couple of health checks.

This was caused by a release but we didn't see any impact.
